According to an article from wthr.com, the 100+ year old Indianapolis Motor Speedway is one step closer to getting public funds for large upgrades to not only becoming viable for use at night but also more accessible. Plans include renovating the stands, upgrading facilities and installing high-tech video boards. The Speedway plans to spend at least $10 million to make the facility compliant with the American With Disabilities Act.
