Reasonable accommodation for employees with disabilities continues as a frequently litigated ADA issue. This webinar will identify major trends in reasonable accommodation cases. Presenter Barry Taylor, JD, Director of Legal Services at Equip for Equality in Chicago, will analyze recent court decisions interpreting the reasonable accommodation provisions of the ADA.
