Emotions! Making sense of your feelings was written by a clinical psychologist to help teens learn more about motivation, self-awareness, social relationships, decision-making, self-control, and the ability to achieve goals. The book looks at shame, anger, hope, and happiness and shows teens where each emotion originates, how it makes people feel physically and mentally, and what can be done about it if it feels too big or out of control.
