An eminent authority on intellectual disability, Dr. Harris is Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Pediatrics, and Mental Hygiene, and the founding Director of the Developmental Neuropsychiatry Program at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Harris provides information on assessment and diagnosis of intellectual disability, treatments for specific disorders, and the myriad of services that are available.
