Transitioning can be difficult for almost anyone, but it can be especially difficult for young children. The book, Transitions for young children: Creating connections across early childhood systems, however, has case studies and clear analysis of research, policy, and practice in the field. Professionals will become aware of where we are today and where the gaps are so that bridges can be built across early childhood systems.
