PAID INTERNSHIPS and MENTORING for students with disabilities pursuing computing! Grant funded with no cost to students!

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Washington and DO-IT (Disabilities, Opportunities, Internetworking, and Technology) sponsor the AccessComputing Alliance in order to increase the participation of people with disabilities in computing careers. College students with disabilities from anywhere in the United States who are pursuing Computer Science or other computing majors are encouraged to join the AccessComputing Team.

Team members engage in online MENTORING and are eligible for help with PAID COMPUTING INTERNSHIPS.

To join the team, students must complete and submit an application, available online at:http://www.washington.edu/accesscomputing/team_app.html

For more information or help with the application, students are encouraged to contact Brianna Blaser at blaser@uw.edu
