History, Progress, Transformation
Last year, the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Disability Employment Policy unveiled at their Summit on Disability Employment Policy a photographic exhibit on disability history and employment. This exhibit documented the lives of people with disabilities throughout the last century--from confinement and segregation to employment and inclusion. The photos are a powerful reminder of how the lives of people with disabilities have changed through the years and ends with a vision for the future.
CeDIR has received a copy of the commemorative book, History, Progress, Transformation: Vision of the Future based on the exhibit. To check it out, give us a call!
